Dr. Lucas Butler is a Tennessee native but has lived in Georgia for nearly 14 years. He and his wife, Laura, have been married for over 25 years and have been blessed with three sons: Caleb, Joshua, and Elijah.
By the Lord’s grace, Dr. Butler has served the church in vocational ministry for nearly 30 years in Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia. He became the Pastor at Echota in May 2019 and has taught adjunctly at Shorter University for the past 14 years. In addition, he holds degrees from Union University (B.A.) and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div., Ph.D.).
